"READ THE FINE PRINT. I went in for a consultation for implants. No cost was mentioned at any time during the 15 minutes it took to take a few x-rays and give brief counsel. As I was arranging my finances to get $15k in work done by their office, I received a $95 bill. When I called to inquire what the bill was for, I was informed that the exam was the charge in question. When I asked them why cost was never discussed before rendering service, the receptionist told me it was in the fine print of the intake form. Every other implant specialist I have come across since offer complimentary consultation and x-ray. I guess maintaining a Ferrari payment falls on the shoulders of unsuspecting customers. In my experience as a business owner, customers value transparency and integrity. Charges buried in PAGES of paperwork followed by a surprise bill 3 weeks after the visit are not appreciated. Such practices result in customers looking for a specialist they can trust elsewhere."

"I’ve had gum graft procedures on two different parts of my mouth and a third one coming up and it’s been a great experience! I haven’t felt much discomfort following the procedures and the checkup appointments are always quick and easy. The whole staff is great and Dr. Bankhead follows up with me occasionally as well. My gums and smile look great now and the tooth sensitivity I was experiencing, which led me to their office, has gone away after the procedures!"
