"Have resided in Southern California and Hawaii, so have been used to good dentists. Had a crown installed by Dr. Drury, which broke a few years later. First time in my life I've ever had a crown break. When I had another crown installed, before this one broke, I was in the chair waiting for the novacane to take effect and the receptionist came to me and demanded my debit card to pay "my portion" immediately. So I gave it to her. Because his office had not submitted a form to my dental insurance company prior to the crown being installed, I had to fork out the total cost of the crown, over $800.00! A couple of months later, after the form had been submitted late, I finally got a check from Dr. Drury's office, reimbursing me for the insurance amount. Well, insured customer should ever have to do that. That's what dental insurance is for! Anyway, I just returned today from having the broken crown which was installed by Dr. Drury, by my current dentist and he did a far better job, with more recent technology, better work, and better service. Oh, and my new dentist's office will later bill me for my portion of the work. Aloha Dr. Drury!"

"Dr Scott Drury and office is the best! Everyone is friendly and welcoming. I have been going to Dr Drury since 1996 and haven't had any complaints. I love the easy access to their office from the underground parking. When I moved herein '96 I asked my regular Dr. if he could recommend a dentist. He recommended Dr. Drury stating that his office is always sparkling clean. You know if they keep the floors/office super clean that they will be doing the same with the equipment they use in your mouth! I have also recently referred a coworker to Dr, Drury, and he is just as impressed and loves Dr Drury and the staff!"
