"The dentists are wonderful and have done a great job with my teeth and gums. The dental hygienists are also wonderful and so thorough. Unfortunately, there was an incident where my HSA money wasn't deposited on time so I wasn't able to make a payment for a few weeks. When I got there for my teeth cleaning, they wouldn't let me get my teeth cleaned until my balance was paid. It made me feel like a deadbeat because I wanted to wait until my HSA money came in instead of paying it with my credit card"

"It was my first time visiting Ninth East Dental, and it went well! Everything was efficient and quick. My hygienist was very gentle, and both she and Dr. Kahng were very nice. They wanted to make sure I understood everything going on with my teeth. One thing I noticed was they didn’t do any gum measurements, but maybe that’s not a standard for most places. Because they accept my insurance, I didn’t have to pay anything for this appointment. I was pleased with my appointment!"
