"I had a dental emergency due to a super painful tooth abscess and they were able to get me an appointment the next day. When I went in I had a consultation with Dr. Stapleton, who recommended a root canal. I had a root canal performed by Dr. Franco the next day. I was super impressed by how quickly they were able to help me and the pain went away right after the root canal! Not to mention how incredibly kind their whole staff was, especially Carina at the front desk- she's the best. I have pretty bad anxiety surrounding the dentist, and this office and the people there really eased my fears. They even were nice enough to give me a blanket during my procedure. 10/10 recommend!"

"I walked in to the clinic with a chipped tooth, not expecting to have two wisdom teeth removed but it had to happen especially since the chipped tooth was a wisdom tooth. I have never had an extraction done and the team at platinum dental was so professional but so caring at the same time, they made me feel like a friend and treated me so well even when I was crying and nervous about the extraction. I felt no judgment or awkwardness from the team either and the dental assistant helping dr.Chavez even got me a blanket when I was shivering cold. Overall this was a wonderful experience and everyone there is so nice and really you feel less like a patient and more like a friend they are trying to make sure is okay. Not to mention the extraction itself was so quick and painless, I didn’t even believe Dr. Chavez had pulled the tooth out at first! I would highly recommend this place and just want to say thank you again to the entire team for being so amazing during my very first visit! I will be returning!"

We also very much appreciated the hard work and kindness of Cheryl who helped us a lot with our insurance to get the best deal. "I have struggled with having cosmetic veneers for years that would crack or fall off. I went to Platinum to have them re-done and I was unbelievably impressed by the way I was treated and the work that was done. I haven't had any issues with them for over three years now and have been so grateful. I returned back recently because of some maintenance and having pain in one of my teeth that ended up being an at home care issue and needing some addressing. I was really nervous and panicked about having some more severe issues with my dental health because I had put it off for so long. When I went in I was put at ease. The front desk was extremely helpful in helping me with payment options and the team of dentists clearly explained what was going on with my dental health and how to be proactive about fixing it.
