"I came here to get a yearly work up and some fillings done (I always need them, I have bad teeth). When I was under the influence of the gas, the dentist suddenly changed his mind about ignoring some smaller cavities, and added on the extra work, effectively DOUBLING MY COSTS WITHOUT MY CONSENT, leaving me unable to pay outright as I had planned. The receptionist pressured me into getting a Cherry payment plan while I was still coming off of the gas and offered me no other option (I'm not sure how much could have been done, anyway, since the work was already done). Cherry has since gone on to SELL MY INFORMATION to telemarketers (I wasn't getting spam calls before, and now I am, and LOTS of them). Then, on top of all that, I suddenly get a bill letting me know that I still have an unpaid $900 that JUST SO HAPPENS to show up FOUR MONTHS after the work is done? I came here on the recommendation of a family friend, and I will NEVER be returning. I deeply regret coming here. DO NOT COME HERE ALONE. ALWAYS HAVE A SECOND INDIVIDUAL WITH YOU TO MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT GET CONNED. Edited to add: I forgot, the amount they're charging me over all is QUADRUPLE what I normally pay for fillings, even with insurance. God knows how much it would be without it."

"The dentist is really nice and my wife and I enjoyed our visits but my review is specifically based off of their billing. I needed a crown and they did an authorization with my insurance stating that my insurance told them I would only owe $730 some odd dollars for my visit with insurance. Turns out that it was in fact double that. I am a patient transfer from Dr Dickson and had seen him for 25+ years and never once during that time had a single problem. My wife was also seen for 1 of her 2 “free” checkups that our insurance provides each year and she was charged for that visit as well. I don’t know why things are different now vs when Dr Dickson owned his own practice, but I REALLY miss his old practice. Everyone there was so nice, knew their patients, and didn’t have slip ups that ended up costing their patients 2x the quoted amount."

He took a lot of time to discuss my specific circumstances. He went over the images they captured and made sure I understood everything he was telling me. And his staff appear to be well trained and use state-of-the-art equipment. Very professional, and very personable. Highly recommend!"
