"I almost NEVER write a review. Totally bugged when everyone wants you to rate their service. I can see the value in it...but it is all a bit much for me. The guy who delivers my amazon packages??? ***** I have to write a review for Synergy Dental. No one asked me to. This is not because I want to help their business. I just know what it's like to know that your teeth are very important to your health, but who can help you, how can you afford it and how can you trust them? ***** I have never had so much attentive, knowledgeable care. It was very obvious they are a very high integrity group of individuals. I have read and researched a lot about biological dentistry. Have gotten quotes to go over to Mexico to remove my amalgam fillings etc. During my last dental appt. one month ago, my dentist (NOT Synergy Dental) said I needed a root canal. I came home and found Synergy Dental on Google. Today was my first appointment. I had lots of questions. Dr. Ulm (who introduced himself as Sean...very personable) was very considerate, very thorough in his exam and careful to answer all of my questions. Dana, the Clinical Director spent over an hour going over my X-rays with me and almost every tooth in my mouth. In the back of my mind I kept thinking...I am taking up too much of her time, but she did not give me that impression at all, in fact the exact opposite. She gave me a very excellent timeline to take care of my already root canaled teeth and removing my amalgams. The most surprising was the cost. Extremely doable and reasonable. No need to go to Mexico! If you are aware that what is going on in your mouth could be affecting your overall health. Immediately give them a call! A big thank you to the whole team."

"I'm super bugged with a hygienist that worked on my son's teeth here today. He had some tartar buildup, which he has had before, and she slipped? and poked his gums cleaning it off - and proceeded to tell him to hold still after. He flinched as anyone would, and he is still talking about how sore he is in that spot. What has me writing the review is my momma vibes wondering if she actually did it on purpose because the whole time she had an attitude with him (and me) about the condition of his teeth, and then after poking him suddenly turned sweet and started calling him "sweetie", singing a different tune. Doesn't just admitting you slipped and poked him better than blaming him for your mess up? I can spot passive aggressiveness from a mile away, and it was here 100%.. It was weird, the desk treated us weird, the saving grace was Dr Ulm who seems to always be consistent. I don't feel like ever going back to be honest. The prices are confusing and they don't like talking about it. Sigh. Bummed to say the least, because we really like the partner who isn't a dentist Dr Ulm works with there too. Hoping it was a bad day, but when you lose trust it changes everything."

"Absolutely love this office! The staff are so helpful, and Dr. Ulm is very knowledgeable. I took my kids here after going to a different dentist out in Lehi. I came to them for a second opinion and I was happy that I made that decision. I got my silver taken out of my mouth and immediately noticed how much my health has improved. My kids love going to their office, and THAT IS HUGE! We appreciate you all for all that do and recommend your office to everyone we come across. This is the only dentist in Utah I trust with my family's care. :)"
