"We had a little celebration event this evening at Roosters. Fantastic service. Fantastic staff. Fantastic food. We will be back. Couldn't be more satisfied with our evening. I appreciate all the staff and the atmosphere. We had a great time, with great friends, and great food!. Thank you again!"
"I'm so glad we went there tonight. The OU/ Houston men's basketball game was on, and it was fun watching it there. One of the employees was so fun to have walking around rooting for the team. It got everyone hyped up for the Sooners. What a blast! I wish I had gotten his name. There were plenty of televisions to see the game and really not a bad place in the house."
"The customers here are friendly, I thought it was a staffer that opened the door for us when we first got here but it was a customer. We were greeted when we first walked in the door and was told to sit anywhere, the bar didn’t have any empty two Didn’t like that we waited at a table when no one came up to us, but the moment my partner went to the bar. Two waitresses one after another asked if we had been helped, told them my partner went to the bar for drinks, they apologized. Got the watermelon-tini absolutely delicious! I love the sound of the game in here. We came here to watch the sugar bowl and caught the end of the rose bowl. Order the bacon wrapped jalapeños. They were really good! Not a fan of sweet Thai sauce that came with it, we asked for a ranch. The waitress we had so very friendly, and recommended drinks even before I could ask what was good, I love that about a person! One complaint no napkins on the table or when the food came out there was none given. The waitress recommended a banana cream tini and Omgosh, it is a must try!!!! They have a kids menu and are trying to be family friendly, however I personally wouldn’t just because I feel like this is more of an adult friendly place. Since we were here for the game we took our time with ordering drinks and food, spreading it out. I’m not usually the type to order the same alcoholic drink twice. Next I got the tropical mule, and it was really refreshing and sweet, but not too sweet. We got the rooster fries, fried to perfection and tasted amazingly. We asked what time the grill closed 9:30pm, the fryer at 10pm, which we didn’t know when ordered our next food at 9:28pm, but the waitress checked with the cook and they said it was fine. I got the buffalo chicken wrap which comes with chips and salsa, which I was so excited try because I love a good chip and salsa combo. Watermelon jolly rancher, tasted like a sweet tart, this one I will sip for a while, a very tart taste, but still good! I think the chips are fried in house because they were hot and fresh! I don’t understand the pico in the wrap but it complements the buffalo really well! My partner got the hangover burger and the only thing he had to say was that it was a little under, but still nothing that bothered him. Lastly, all I have to say is if a place has mixed reviews always try and try it for yourself because I can always surprise you what your experience can be like."
"Took a little moment to get seated but once we were, fantastic service! The People's Margarita was one of the best drinks in a while with nice presentation and lemonade flavor. Tried the sweet & spicy chicken sandwich and bourbon burger - both good but could be better if those sauces on the sandwiches were instead used as marinades. Fries were very basic but fries are fries. However, the atmosphere is so fun with all of the games playing and cheering on different teams! It may only be recently open but I will definitely come back for a good TV game now that I know there will be good food, drinks, and service here. Parking isn't ideal but come on, it's downtown Main Street - worth the walk!"
"Wow!!! Got invited to the opening and had a BLAST. Got some perfect lemon drops, had a nacho plate that filled up me and my husbands belly, then we played pool and golden tee. This bar is definitely for sooner fans! We loved it and will be back again and again!"
