"I took myself and my children in for dental work. Both my filling and my sons fell out about 2 months later. My second son has had severe pain on his tooth that was worked on. The had us come in to fix it but he still can't bite down on that tooth. 6 months later, having paid 50 to 80 % while in office, and using my insurance I got a bill for over $400 saying I owe them this amount because my insurance wouldn't cover it now. I have insurance through my work who said they cover 50% of the cost. I called the office and was told they can't do anything about it but will call me back. 2 months later still no call but I keep receiving Bill's for the $400 plus, and emails saying I have an appointment that I asked them to cancel months ago. Very frustrating and sad."
