"Dr Cho put on a new crown today. He did amazing job on my crown.Nice that they can make crowns onsite so you don’t have to come back for a follow up visit."
"They did great work today in half the time I thought it would take. I was very impressed. I’ve always had good experiences at Professional Dental, and they’re the only place I’ll go for dental care at this point."
"Had my cleaning today and Michelle was amazing ! I feel like I have new teeth. Great place to come and get a cleaning."
"Everyone here is extremely nice and friendly. The dental hygienists do any amazing job. I would for sure recommend this place to anyone looking for a new dentist."
"I had a frustrating and disappointing experience with Professional Dental. I initially started an Invisalign treatment plan in another state and paid for it in full. Upon relocating to Utah, I transferred to Professional Dental with the expectation that I would be able to move over my plan and see it through to completion. However, I was met with a lack of professionalism and customer service. Firstly, Professional Dental asked me to contact my previous dentist and figure out the transfer of their portion of the payment on their behalf. This was a burdensome and unnecessary task that I should not have been asked to do. When I declined to do this, Professional Dental attempted to charge me about $200 per follow up appointment. The plan I had already paid in full previously had covered all follow up appointments as part of the treatment. Additionally, I am Deaf, and Professional Dental denied multiple requests for a certified interpreter (which is a right that falls under the ADA), not only for myself but also for my children during our visits. Instead, they opted to use a staff member who knew some sign language but was not trained or certified in medical settings. This is not only a violation of my rights as a deaf patient but also puts my health and that of my children at risk. This staff member was frequently distracted by other staff members and I was often left without full communication access. I was unable to fully understand what was happening with my treatment, or express myself fully with a biased staff member attempting to interpret what I was trying to say. This led to several misunderstandings and a less than satisfactory experience. When I tried to plead my case, I was ignored. These practices caused me to transfer myself and my entire family to a different dentist, who did not attempt to charge me for any follow up appointments and were more than happy to provide certified sign language interpreters for all appointments. If you have unique circumstances or are looking to transfer a treatment plan, I would recommend that you look elsewhere."
