"Edited 01.03.24 The orthodontist- Dr Clifford call me later that day on his way home from work and gave me his personal cell phone. He said that he wanted to rectify this situation. I spoke with him the next morning, and he and his office staff went above and beyond to fix the situation. Very impressed! I have been very dissatisfied with my care from Abundant orthodontics. I initially started with one orthodontist, and they transferred it to another, and there was twice where they didn’t contact me when a new tray came in. And now, three months after I dropped off a tray. They want to charge me $300 for a replacement one. I would not recommend this orthodontist to anyone. My sister died 6 months ago and I lost the bottom mold in packing up her apartment and working through custody issues for her 2 sons, but they were unwilling and frankly rude in how they handled it all."
