"I will be going elsewhere. I spent 1.5 hours in their office trying to fix a problem with insurance that was caused by them. And then also was informed after the fact of X-rays that were done that were not covered by insurance. In addition, they did not honor their original quote for service because they increased rates in between appointments. This was the worst experience at a dental office that I've ever had. Office manager tried her best but when you are a big chain, corporate control and administration means you are just one of many on a production line."

"This location went above and beyond to help my toddler feel comfortable. I have a very anxious child and they let us come in a day early and tour the clinic to help my LO acclimate. Abby and Emily were the team members who helped us at the appointment and both were amazing. Emily took time to explain all of the tools to my kiddo and role play with their stuffed animals what would happen with my kiddo at the appointment. Abby was also awesome at helping my toddler feel comfortable and got my kiddo to sit down and play with her even though they had only met once before which is unheard of for my kiddo. Dr. Boren was also so great with my child and took time to answer all of my questions. Everyone was so friendly and my little one felt so comfortable by the end. Five stars. Highly recommend this location for any parent with a nervous kiddo."

"The staff were wonderful! I asked about getting some salt to help my kid with an active gag reflex and they went to the break room and brought me salt. So random, but it totally helped. It was such a bizarre request, and they did it without hesitation. The ladies that helped my kids before the dentist were just fantastic."
