"A gas station with plastic bags over the pump nozzles for weeks. Who is managing this business?? It’s not a good reflection on Shell Oil."

"Just got charged without even putting gas at the pump. When we spoke to the cashier, she just said just to talk to my bank. Instead of trying to help, acting like if we were bothering her. 0 stars if I could put 0."

"Don't get gas here. The pump doesn't stop on its own. You have to stand out in the cold to keep an eye on it so it doesn't overflow and run all down the side of your car when using a card and you can't get a refund on the gas that didn't end up in the tank."

"Not very gud customer service, screwed up putting my prepay on the right pump n made me move to the pump he set instead of switching my prepay, and was not too informed on how to operate the register to combine card/cash payments for gas. Higher Priced gas than most places. Only went here bcuz of insurance gav gas cards for insurance incentives completion. Will find another location to go to in the future."

"Tried to use a Shell gift card at the pump and it wouldn’t work so had to go inside. The attendant said she could run the card inside. The $25 gift card went through just fine. I had another gift card with a partial balance that was declined because I didn’t know the exact balance on it. But when I checked the balance on the card a couple days later there was $4.56 missing. I called Shell and the $4.56 was deducted from the card at this same station that had declined it! So I got ripped off for $4.56. Be very careful with your gift cards here!"
