"I wanted to give these guys my return business for treatment of a tooth in pain (needed a root canal retreatment and new crown) - but they lost my business when they didn’t post their holiday hours. Their phone message didn’t even mention when they were going to be closed. Was hoping to see them on the 23rd when the pain started- they never answered so I had to go somewhere else since I was in pain and didn’t want to suffer over the long holiday weekend. Got medicine from another dentist for the weekend (that did little for the pain I was in) and that’s when I learned I needed the root canal retreated, and then needed to get the crown replaced. Called the 26th, 27th, 28th, and then they were randomly open on the 29th. Instead of any sort of sympathy, I was snidely laughed at by the receptionist for suggesting they update their holiday hours so people know. The lady was rude on the phone not understanding the pain and patience I endured trying to save my treatment until they were open, trying to be courteous about giving them my return business. Silly me for trying to be a loyal customer, just to be treated like that. It’s basic business sense and courteous to post operating hours. At least show some sympathy and then don’t laugh at me and act like I’m being ridiculous for suggesting you post the hours."

"We love both Dr Harding and Dr. Bott. They are great with our kids and provide excellent dental work. We have seen several different dentists over the years and we are very picky about who we go to. Many of our friends have started going here too, and they all say the same thing, these guys are the best!"

"I've been seen by both Dr Bott and Dr Harding and both dentists are amazing at their job. They love being dentists and they love people and that makes a big difference and can tell that in the office. The staff enjoy their jobs and are good at what they do. They Hygienist knows her stuff and cleaned my teeth so well. I've never had cleaner teeth. I was welcomed back into the chair on time and enjoyed talking with the staff and Dr. They do good work here. My teeth don't hurt after I leave and so far I don't have any problems with their work like I have with other dental work in the past from other dentists. They are soooo good with kids too. The assistants know how to talk to and explain everything so they aren't scared. I would recommend BOTH Dr Bott and Dr Harding for any dental needs to my friends and family in a second."
