"Be careful when purchasing the one smile dental plan they offer. No one explained to me they would store my card and renew it without the need for my approval. I relocated and a year later got a charge for another year, I tried calling to get a refund, they said they could only do a partial refund since they had sent me an email prior to running my card, which conveniently went to the spam folder (but the one saying they ran my card didn't?) anyway, I found it kind of unethical on the part of this dental office, given that if you're signing up for that kind of dental plan is because you're in need of a discount due to low income, but yet somehow they find a way to make you lose money or force you to pay fees not considered in your budget, or lock you in for another year of their service. They should be clearer, it's a dental plan not an apple subscription. I didn't even knew at the time I purchased it that they kept my card information to rerun it. No one at the dental office explained that to me. If they're recommending this kind of plans, they should be clear about what entails. I didn't even heard from them the whole year I was enrolled in the plan, but I guess I forgot about them but they didn't forget about me, or at least about my card information."

Not all dental complications have easy solutions but I felt I was treated very fairly and given clear communication on treatment options. Dental care was gentle and thorough. Treatment plans are easy to understand, the prices are reasonable, and the rest of the staff have been great to work with as well. This is the only dental office I’m going to from now on!"
