"I love how clean all the OnCues I've been in are. My husband gets his several a day refill fix of Dr. Pepper here. Right now soda is cheaper this way than in the grocery story. Another plus. What I find frustrating is the lack of consistency from store to store. Locations I normally go for coffee all have real milk and cream or a least the little liquid creamer packets. I don't use sugar so love this. And yes I am a bit of a coffee snob and want real milk/creamer in my coffee, no dried items. This Saturday while grocery shopping, we visited two locations looking for the breakfast burrito. It was 10:30 so I wasn't sure anyone would have all the breakfast items. The first did not have any burritos. The second location had the breakfast burritos so I grabbed one, and moved onto the coffee. By the way, I love the coffee machines in all the stores. So I filled up a large cup and went to get the milk. They only had the sugar laden dry creamer mixes. It was a real let down. We put our burritos back and I left the coffee on the counter. My husband did get his refill but I was left high and dry. Real bummer."

"I was jus at store 126 and was verbally assaulted by a store employee Kenny for sitting in my vehicle after purchasing gas he said I had been there over 20 minutes and was lording but there was another gentleman to the right of me that was there before I pulled up I think Kenny didn’t like me there because the color of my skin what a shame On Cue do better in the people you hire and this happened at 3:20 in the morning after working all night what a shame."

"The oncue on Sw 44th & shields is advertising gas at $2.97 & charging $2.99. Went in to ask the manager about getting my change back and she told me to get fc****. I will be calling the corporate office Monday and reporting Brandy for talking to someone the way she did... It's hard enough money wise to have anyone taking what little people have....."

"pity you can't answer the phone or return calls. sad you can't answer messages left. nice to know that a station manger wont cooperate with the police when my wifes credit card was fraudulently used at your gas station . your manager declined to permit the police to have access to the cctv footage which would have identified the person and vehicle who carried out this crime. yes we could provide you with location date and time. it seems the cameras are there to provide your security and protection for your property, not my wife travelling alone or other customers. i have made 5 attempts to contact you about this matter left messages no one from your company has bothered to respond. we found out from the police that you manager declined to let the local police view the footage of the given time. this action speaks volumes as to your support for the criminal who did this and your disregard for the victim a woman travelling alone with small children."
