"I have been to this location several times. It is never a quick trip. Personnel seem to needs further training. They seldom know what to do and they end up calling the main banking number in order to figure out what needs to be done. Another complaint, is that this bank's main phone number for customer service is just as bad as walking into a branch. Simple tasks take 30-40min over the phone. Simple tasks I am referring to are opening a cd and making sure the correct rate is applied. They ALWAYS make a mistake and I have to call every single time in order to have someone fix it. I am currently on hold trying to fix another issue. and it's been 26min already on the phone. It's ridiculous. I have come across many other issues and I could write an essay about them. If you can, stay away from this bank. You will end up wasting so much time trying to fix simple things. Needless to say, I will be moving away from from this bank as soon as I get a chance."

""Customer Service" means "Lip Service" to this company. If you call them with a problem about your login, they will try to get you to go online. So instead you hold with their message, "Your call is very important to us." which means nothing as they won't answer the call. Then they'll prompt you to leave a number for callback. When you do that, it's gotten you off the phone and they won't call you back. So what you have to do is hold and pray they'll eventually answer because your call really is not important to them at all. Edited: In response to your response, Baloney. You saying you care about my experience is the same as the on hold message saying, "Your call is important to us." This is the same phone service I and my wife get every time we call and it's been this way for months. So I honestly don't believe you because I just don't see real customer service anywhere I look at the credit union that I'm ashamed to say has been my credit union since 1988."

"you set up automatic payments, they forget to take the payment from your checking account (while you have the amount in your account settled in time), then they will flag your loan payment as over due and will recommend you to collection office and ruin your credit score. That simple... Happened to me TWICE in last 4 years. Although didn't affect my score last time, I don't need to deal with this nonsense. Each time they upgrade a software, they forget to restart these payments and end up flagging your account. Will take my business somewhere else, ASAP..."

"Went in to deposit cash into my savings and the teller made me flip and orient all of my bills because he said it would be faster. This is akin to a chef telling a customer to help with food prep because it would be quicker. I’ve been to other locations with much more money than I had and I have never been asked to do this before which makes sense, as it’s not my job to do so. I don’t recommend bringing in cash to this spot as the teller will most likely make you do their job for them. Awful customer service"
