"never gave authorization for withdrawing money out of my bank account but after I sent them a payment for over 150.00 they went ahead and tried to withdraw 80 out of my account twice after the 150 and my bank socked me for 50 bucks "Destiny" hit me with a return fee of 30 twice even after my card was almost at a zero balance"

"Absolutely the worst, got card through frys electronics, made all the payments till paid off. then got a late payment on credit report, looked at credit card an had a zero balance with zero due. Called and called to find out wth an they couldn't give me answers and refused to correct it. Hit me with a late fee with zero balance on card. They have been reporting for 3 years now to the credit bureaus that I have been late every month. I have disputed it over an over but they won't let it go."

"If I could give fewer stars I would. I opened a "no interest, no payment for 12mo" credit line with them thru Fry's Electronics to buy a washer and dryer. Not only did they not honor the 12 mo no payment no interest but they tacked on late fees for 6 months and dinged my credit report...of course trashing my credit. They went $850 over the credit limit tacking on late fees they would not wave. THEY WILL NOT WORK WITH YOU SO I WILL NOT WORK WITH THEM. I paid the account in full so they would no longer get any interest.... F them. I am happy they are in my rear view. One of the worst banks ever. I am much happier with other banks. Chase, BofA are so much better. There is a REASON why this bank only has 1.4 stars"

"Shady loan place. Authorized a payday advance loan in my name, in a different state, with no verification that it was me. I've had all of my credit profiles locked out for the past 4 years. Got sent to out-sourced help that told me to file a police report and go F-myself. Had to contact Experian's fraud department and dump more time into this in order to get it resolved, without the help of this shady loan business."
