"The staff is friendly, and efficient. I really enjoyed Hannah and Sierra who assisted with the cleaning, and Dr Greg Spilsbury is very personable. It was a great first visit and I look forward to six months passing quickly."
"My oldest son had emergent dental work here so when I had a loose implant crown weeks later I gave them a try. Based on most prior experience, Going to the dentist is not really my thing, but I was pleasantly surprised by the entire team here. The entire staff is amazing! Professional and knowledgeable, and very friendly. These visits are stress free. Highly recommended!"
"Look no one likes to go to the dentist. It's not a fun time for anyone. These guys make it quick efficient. They do not leave you in the dark. And it's quality work. I like what I saw, and I will be going back again. This was my first time but definitely not my last."
"I got a root canal last April from a 3rd party that specializes in root canals, but unfortunately they have you go somewhere else for a crown. A friend recommended me to Traverse Mountain Family Dental, so this is where I decided to go for my crown because I can usually trust a recommendation. To be clear, I have never written a bad review. They don't seem worth my time. But what I have experienced with this office & their work made me feel like it was worth a review. When I first went in for my crown last year, at first my experience was great. They seemed friendly, the assistants were good. The doctor numbed my mouth, and then turned out I needed another shot to get completely numb. Once he gave me the last shot, I asked to use the restroom. Wasn't in there long at all. When I came back the doctor was gone - which was expected since he has other clients to check on. I got back to my seat & 20 minutes came and went, same with 30 minutes, same with 50 minutes. I asked the assistants two times if the doctor was available to finish and they said they would go find him. I could hear him going from room to room, helping other guests. Before he came back to my room, it had been well over an hour of me just sitting in a room by myself. With a numb mouth. I was worked up and on the verge of tears, but even then a bad review didn't seem worth my time! I just figured I wouldn't bother with their office again. I went back to my endodontist about a week ago about pain that was coming & going from my tooth, thinking maybe it was my root canal that wasn't done well. My tooth has been getting really sore on and off for the past year anytime I'd eat on that side of my mouth. He examined his x-rays and said he found nothing wrong with the root canal itself. After laying me back to check it out, he very quickly realized my crown was way too high & that's what had been causing me pain on and off for the past year. So not only did Traverse Mountain Dental initially make me wait for an hour in the middle of my appointment, but they didn't even do a good job at shaping the crown to my teeth - resulting in a year of on and off pain. I never went in until now, thinking that the pain would eventually go away. My endodontist shaved off a lot of my crown, and said he was hesitant to do any more. It's still hurting, so I have to go back and get it shaved down once again. All of which could've been avoided if my crown was fitted and shaved down correctly when I first got it put on. Moral of the story is I am really unhappy with the service, quality and professionalism of this establishment. Maybe I just had a bad experience, but I felt it needed to be shared to maybe help someone decide on a different dentist if it saves them unnecessary future trips and, overall, pain."
"I travel for my career and had to stop in for an emergency dental repair and met the nicest cleanest and professional dentist office. I have been in in a while. I’ve been working out in California and the people are nice and great out there but the pricing was West Coast prices.Dr Richie is a total professional, Thorough and knowledgeable I live in Colorado and I will be using this dentist office for future dental needs."
