"Has been my dentist since 2016 but had to get new insurance so I got insurance that specifically accepted them. I had one appointment since getting the new insurance and they billed my previous insurance after almost turning me way at the beginning of my appointment because they thought my new insurance wasn't accepted. That got resolved and I thought it was all good tell my next cleaning appointment. The week of the appointment they called me and told me that they would not be taking my insurance anymore even though my insurance provider still has them listed as a covered. Would be one star but the dentist and cleaners are very nice and extremely knowledgeable."
