"The initial dental cleaning was satisfactory, but I encountered a significant issue during a follow-up. I informed the dentist about a chip and requested a repair, which ended up costing $125. Unfortunately, the dentist's attempt to fix the chip resulted in further damage, with the tooth being drilled for only 30 seconds, causing it to break further and creating a larger hole. This escalated into a major problem a few days later. When I contacted the office, I was shocked to learn that fixing the dentist's error would cost an additional $450. This unexpected expense was frustrating and seemed unreasonable. In response, I plan to file a complaint with the UTAH Division of Professional Licensing to bring attention to this issue. Additionally, I've reached out to my credit card company to dispute the charge related to the unsatisfactory dental service. I strongly recommend that prospective patients avoid this dental office. My experience with their services has been highly unsatisfactory, and I believe others may encounter similar issues. It's crucial to consider alternative options for dental care to ensure a more positive and reliable experience."

"I have not been to this location for over 9 months. However, I scheduled an appointment with a new dentist office and they stated I had a claim on 2/1/2022 for a cleaning which I had not been to. After many waisted hours contacting all 3 parties involved, I spoke with Riverton Heights, and they agreed I had not been in on that date and stated they would correct the issue and apologized that was on 4/28/2022. I now received a bill from my new dentist and contacted my insurance. They stated they did not receive an adjustment and suggested I call back Riverton Heights Dental. I went through the same conversation, and they stated they would get it adjusted and call me back today when it’s done. I’m leaving the review due to the amount of waisted time on my end after being misled that it was done. I’m disappointed with my experience and hope to provide someone else with guidance that this facility is unorganized to the point of 1. Billing the wrong insurance companies and 2. Misleading people that issues have been corrected when they have not."
