"My only regret is Dr. Dickerson wasn’t the first dentist I went to. Though a series of unfortunate events I ended up here after my previous dentist (different office) told me he would leave it up to me if I wanted to do a root canal (like bro, I DONT KNOW, you need to tell me!) I came in last week and was told I do indeed need a root canal, I had it done yesterday and legit I didn’t feel a thing, and today is the first day in nearly two months I haven’t needed to take painkillers. Everyone is professional and Teresa will walk you through what your insurance covers and what your out of pocket cost will be up front. If you need a new dentist, come here!"

"I was talked into a “deep cleaning” as many others have said. Dentists always tell me I have great teeth and I never have dental issues. I always take good care of my teeth. The dentist was measuring my gums and only one tooth (the last one) was barely too deep. He told me I had gingivitis and needed a deep cleaning. I agreed to the deep cleaning that was covered by my insurance but rejected the portion that wasn’t covered. While the hygienist was cleaning my teeth she was telling me how “severelly” my gums were bleeding and that I should “really get the laser treatment too.” She acted as if my mouth was in horrible shape and then made a comment about how I should do the treatment unless I can’t afford it. I felt like she was shaming me for not being able to afford a $125 treatment I wasn’t expecting. She also started doing treatments I didn’t agree to and I told her I didn’t want them. She said “your insurance covers it so we are doing it.” I left feeling violated and glad I didn’t have to pay anything out of pocket for this scam. The x ray girl and other front desk lady were wonderful though."

"Dr. Dickerson and his staff are the best I have ever met! He and his staff genuinely care about their patients. They are very quick to get in to in case of an emergency. Dr. Dickerson is very compassionate and simply amazing! Magda is one of the sweetest and most caring people I've ever met! They are also wonderful with my children. I would recommend them to everyone!!"
