"Wonderful environment and great staff. They asked me plenty of questions and made sure I was getting the work done that I wanted. Came out with a better smile"
"The friendly staff treated me very nice, but then service was another thing. The standard procedure was done; cleaning, x rays, etc. What was supposed to be like a crown turned into something bigger. While drilling my tooth the dentist said there was not enough tooth to hold on to, but the crown would do but then the x rays showed an "infection" in the bone (I was told this on the second visit, not the first) and deeper drilling was required. While drilling more my tooth broke he said, so now they had to remove it. So, no more crown but full implant required. In other words, it felt like when you go to the mechanic for an oil change, they agree but then they say you need new brakes, then they say you need new discs. (Do you know what I mean?) I am not returning. I prefer an honest disclosure up front. By the way, one of the staffers told me that happens in that clinic quite often."
