"I’m giving this company a 2 rating. Although their customer service and hospitality is outstanding and very welcoming my rating is based on the quality of the service. In June of 2023, I had a root canal done. Now 8 months later, I am experiencing excruciating pain in my tooth and jaw where the root canal was done. After recently going in to have it examined, I was told that the tooth has developed infection. The dentist told me that this is common and sometimes a root canal has to be done 2-3 times or the tooth has to be completely removed; I found this to be incorrect. These are in fact the reasons why a tooth becomes re-infected: Three of the more common reasons why a tooth may get infected after a root canal are because the first infection was more severe than originally thought, because one or more of the smaller canals in the tooth were not thoroughly cleaned and because the dental cap placed over the tooth did not fully protect the tooth. It is very disappointing to be told 8 months after the procedure to pay another $366 (out of pocket) for another root canal. Why is there no warranty on work done? Especially with it being less than a year later. Simply Dental should be taking steps to correct this error and without the unexpected out of pocket cost on my expense."

"I love the dentists. No issues there but when it comes down to service... HORRIBLE. They told me a price for a crown and I specifically asked BEFORE if I would be able to make payments. The receptionist said yes so I allowed my crown mold to continue. The dental assistant took over an hour trying to get a mold made and kept making mistakes, blamed me for not having the original for her to work off of. 2 weeks later... "you need to pay $500 before we can continue" but because process was started, I'm forced to pay EVERYTHING before crown could be placed. I told them I was informed about payment options and they laughed. I was left with a temporary crown until i could literally get a emergency loan to pay. THEN.... there was a $75 additional fee FROM SIMPLY SMILES to use the loan. They are horrible. All they want is money, they don't care about patient satisfaction. I absolutely loved the dentist, she was very nice and crown looks and feels great but they aren't the people that made it. not worth the stress."

"This was my first time visiting this dental office and I loved it so much! I was having some tooth pain and they got me into their office the next day! Everyone was so kind answering my questions and I felt SO respected. By far the best experience I have ever had getting my teeth checked. I would recommend this office to anyone and everyone!
