"This lady was the most disrespectful person I’ve ever had to deal with in a store. Wants to be poppy at the mouth but afraid when asked what her name is won’t answer you tell you that you can leave the store.. I took my business almost 4 years ago and never walked back into a 7/11 onque will be loosing almost $150,000 in fuel sales per year from my business and Casey’s will start getting my money…. Sad thing looks like that’s manager standing next to her while she talks to customers the way she does, and not even confronting by Mgr."

"Wider selection of tea, and pizza is good. Too bad area is overrun with homeless. Pump 5 tried to eat my card, pump 2 disnt want to read at all, so i went to caseys and paid less for gas and pizza ;) who doesn't seem to have these problems. Update: bacon in biscuit undercooked, why no normal pizza?"

"Jennifer is relief staff. She always smiles and is ready and happy to serve where needed. She puts forth initiative to tidy up without needing to be told. When customers or other staff are rude to her or someone else, she easily works around it and still makes the atmosphere pleasant. I love the coffee! I love love love the creamer options, the whipped topping and drizzled chocolate and carmel options! I love the burgers, fries, breakfast and fountain drinks. The cold sandwiches are over priced but that is the only negative. The bathrooms are always clean. The drive through is friendly and totally on top of it. So many pumps to choose from. *****So far I can get my receipt at the pumps.*** For handicap people, this is a really big deal!!!**** I always feel safe. I always feel like my car is safe. The security is alert and friendly. The overall experience is always a plus. They ha e two working pumps to air up tires. Thank you for making oncue an easy decision."

"The drive thru employee has very poor active listening skills asked for ice water charged for a icy charged $1.59 for a ice water which is $0.75 $0.86 with tax and when I call to complain, the manager is one of the rudest people I've ever talked to no customer service skills at all. I just say if you need to go to on cue to get it on our choose another location where they're more friendly and won't rob you blind."
