"Came in with my ESA animal today, she’s a small 5.5lbs Pomeranian, very well trained and is registered through the state as a service animal. Just to be told by the manager TJ that she needed to be held throughout the store. I come here 2-5 times a week, so I was shocked to be rudely approached & told she couldn’t be walked on her leash instead she needed to be carried. Now I’m aware of the company’s policy on service animals and non service animals and no where does it state they have to be carried. I’d assume it would be more of a heath concern for us to told her and to touch Products without washing our hands than it would be to walk her, on her leash where she doesn’t come in contract with the products as her leash was retracted. Not to mention we have her collar on that has her vaccination tags and service animal tags clearly visible. My issue is primarily with the interaction between us and the manager TJ. Never mind that we did pick her up and continue to carry her until we were finished. Because I’ve followed all the steps that should have left me without the need to be interacted with by associates from registering her through the state to checking companies policies im really frustrated with how today’s exchange went. He didn’t ask if she was a service animal he just instructed we couldn’t walk her and honestly he came up to us very unprofessionally for a manager. Walked up to us as our backs were turned told us it was policy then glared at us with malice until we swooped her up. I work in sales so I’m well aware of how interactions should go between patrons & service providers & how important customer feed back is. He very easily could have greeted us, confirmed she was a service animal & been aware of the company’s policy. Anyways I go up to check out & ask the cashier if he’s a manager & for his name so I can file a complaint. However he’s ushered into the conversation to argue & be confrontational. All I wanted his name & position, not an argument that’s why I asked the cashier, not him directly. I have to make an in store complaint because he lied to me and my partner about the policy which isnt posted on the door, or on any signs made by the company. Im sure he could tell we were going to make a complaint given I asked for his name bc he wasn’t wearing a name tag. So again he jumps in to explain its just policy, I ask if that’s the same for service animals & he confirmed. I ask what about seeing eye dogs. Again he says yes & Im done with the conversation at this point because how is a blind person going to carry their seeing eye dog & shop if it’s sole JOB is to guide them? Simple logic here they can’t. I told him I was done with the exchange & to leave it alone yet he proceeds to tell me I’m rude. Rude for making a point he couldn’t lie away. Had he been wearing his name tag this could have been avoided because having your name Doesn’t matter if you’re following the policy as no correction would be necessary in that case. However he lied, was rude unprofessional & confrontational so I can see why the employee was reluctant to give me his name & ushered him into the exchange. I don’t appreciate how rudely we were treated today & believe he needs to review the company’s policies for the position he’s in especially if he’s going to enforce them incorrectly on customers. Never had an issue there before today with any other employee or shopper so I feel like he had either a personal issue with us, an obviously queer couple or is in over his head & would like it to be addressed. I still don’t understand why we were approached & spoken to like that when we followed the fake policy he made up & just asked for his name. No confrontation was necessary & was 100% avoidable because that wasn’t our end goal. We’re reasonable & would understand if our dog was being a problem but she was being well behaved & doing her JOB. We just wanted to personally confirm the policy then file a complaint later if necessary, which it clearly is after that exchange & confirming the policy online."

"I would put 0 if were an option. I, immediately upon entering was told I could not shop for the purse I carried. Not a small bag, but certainly not oversized. Ive been in this location several times, though only as last resort due to the energy of the store. Depressed and depressing. Unsmiling, unfriendly and in no way inviting. Even as bad as it is, I was taken aback. I had literally just entered, coming for 1 quick item. I was not offered any other option, but told very coarsely by the manager "you cant shop here with the purse". Indeed ill never shop there again. It was so extremely heavy and dank a vibe, Im actually relieved to not go back. And honestly, it's only been this location."
"Cashier there said she couldnt break my change but broke the persons behind me then when i said something she decided to let us pay and break it and then told us the store was closed and that we had to leave. She closed the store 2 hours early bc she couldnt handle doing her job. I wouldnt go there if you want good service, lady there basically kicked everyone out of the store and told everyone who wanted to go in that they couldnt. Worse service at a store ive ever seen"
"I've been here twice. Just moved into the area and I will not return. The stuff is not front faced or kept up at all. I got 1 item and the lady w pink hair acted like I was a bother buying something from her job, she never greeted me as I walked in or when I went to the register, she never tried to upsale or asking me how my shopping experience was. Witch is things all retail are suppose to do. They have 0 effort in making customers feel welcome. She wouldn't even hand me a receipt, she expected me to grab it. Just lazy, rude and unwilling people at this location. The last time I came here all employees were asking where pink hair lady was when the whole time she ran off to smoke outside. If you don't like your job just quit. Stop treating people poorly because your Miserable."
