"Report to corporate office: Store employees, specifically Bobby is keeping humans from using the bathroom. The men's restroom was messed up and only the urinal available and my husband has a medical condition and needed to use a toilet. The ignorant hillbilly woman behind the counter named Bobby said if he went into the working toilet in the empty women's restroom they would call the COPS on him. This is absolutely unacceptable that the bigotry in this store could have potentially caused a very bad situation for my husband on his way to work. Your customers are humans and should be treated as such above all else. I will be following up on this to give it plenty of attention in our community to ensure this ignorance is known and addressed."

"Stopped at the store to get a drink and use the Restroom. The men’s restroom had NO SOAP nor a SOAP container to dispense soap I would never use this store again. They serve food in the store with NO SOAP for anyone to wash their hands. I called corporate office and after several attempts to get a live person I finally talked to someone and he said he would report it to the district supervisor."

"I go in to buy cigarettes and gas, my license expired 2 days ago. I am born in 1972 and almost 50 years old with grey hair, the clerk, an older lady with no apperant common sense wouldn't sell them to me, fine, so my wife comes in who is the same age with a valid license and they refuse to sell then to her. Third party sale they spout. Complete lack of any sort of common sense, avoid this store if you can no professional skills are present."

"So I walked into Love's #95. I did not get the usual welcome to Love's today statement. The girls that were in there at 1:45 we're not any of the usual crew. A new girl Jessie was there, coming from the food area and was eating a hot dog or a sausage something greasy she set it on a paper towel on the back counter she did not wash her hands. I asked for a pack of cigarettes she said give me your ID, I already headed out but I did not want to give it to her because she had greasy hands and did not wash her hands before waiting on me. I showed it to her she never said please or thank you so I said it to her please and thank you, with the smart outlet comment she said I was going to say that through her hands up in the air and said oh sweet Jesus and here came the other girl running what's wrong what's wrong she said something to the effect of this woman had an attitude with me, as my chip credit card sat in the machine waiting to run, I had to ask her to complete the transaction. Finally she did and as I walked out of the store she glared at me through the window and watched me walk off in and had a very intimidating manner about her. I think you need to find another clerk."
