"I go to Williams because the entire staff is friendly and polite. The store is clean. When I have trouble finding an item the staff will take you to the item. They actually bag and take the items to your car. Most important they don't expect me to be a free employee and check myself out. I don't get stopped at the door so an employee can check my receipts and verify that I paid for the items I got. Williams is a friendly neighborhood store. The maybe more pricy on some items but they have great sales and digital coupons every week. The staff will check the backroom if the shelf is out of the item for you."
"I go all the time. Close to home. The staff are like friends and very helpful. The only negative thing I have to say is the teenagers are teenagers and sometimes get to talking to each other they slow down the process of checking out. Over all I love Williams."
