"I was just in Kwik track about an hour ago, there was NO WET FLOOR SIGN UP, as soon as I walked in I slipped and fell landing on my tail bone and wrist as a result, I was injured. There was no assistance once I fell. A wet floor sign was only put up after I left the store. When I asked to speak with a manager, the man told me he was. He said they have NO INSURANCE(ILLEGAL!!!!!) I then asked to speak with the owner to which the “manager” told me he was the owner. I am beyond mad, I need answers and a resolution! If I am not contacted directly by the owner I’ll see to it that I will sue this business. The “manager” was EXTREMELY RUDE and didn’t seem to give any care that someone was injured in their store. This is a liability, you HAVE TO HAVE INSURANCE!!! PERIOD!! I’ll be reporting a claim to BBB as well and wherever else I need to."

"I got gas today at this Kwik Track and believe I was double billed. My Honda Pilot holds 20 gallons, I purchased 19.6 (I already had a few gallons in the car), and my fuel gauge was only halfway up. I spoke with the cashier who was unable to help, and had me call the manager. The manager/owner did not seem to understand this was a volume of gas problem and was talking about Ethanol vs 100% gasoline and their price differences and would not help. I then spoke with the police, since the manager seemed unwilling to correct the double billing. The office had to explain the problem a further 3 times to the manager/owner before he understood, and he would still not offer a refund. I have photos of the gas pump, my fuel gauge and the receipt, and I am taking it up with ConocoPhillips, but I wanted to warn others regarding the level of customer service. At the time, that I left, the cashier also had not put up an out of order sign on the pump. I do believe the pump was an accidental error, but the manager/owner was unwilling to correct it."
