"My wife and I had recently purchased a new house and need help with the internet, TVs and computer hookup. Newave was suggested by the builder as they originally ran the hard wire to each room. I had reservations about dealing with such a small company. If something goes wrong it is hard to get it resolved and also wondered if they will be around in a year or two. I read several reviews and thought we would give them a try. They sold me several pieces of equipment to hold all of the wiring going to each room. When we didn’t put the TVs on the walls with the wiring on them I was told the TVs would work just as well on wifi. Our house is fairly large so the internet signal was weak in some of the rooms and the TVs didn’t work. They then sold me a booster system so the TVs would work properly and of course another switch box. I wanted speakers on our patio to go with our Sonos system but they recommended another brand which I bought. After installation I was told all three speakers were controlled as one with no separation. These speakers had to be hard wired and needed an amplifier which I bought. Wireless is one of the selling points for Sonos. All in all it was a big bill. I agreed to everything as the job progressed along so we paid the bill which they waited 60 days to present. The system worked but had a lot of dead spots and our internet provider wasn’t great so we got by. Fast forward. Last week we changed from Cox to AT&T fiber optics. I needed to have our systems setting updated and called Nuwave. Called several time but never even got a pick up or a return call. So the only reason they are getting one star is because that’s as low as you can go and still get your review posted."

"I met Wes with Newave at the OKC Home and Garden Show. He was very knowledgeable and was happy to answer questions. We went to the Newave showroom in NE Edmond a few weeks later and they gave us a thorough demonstration of their products, then they came over to our house and provided a quote very specific to our project. A few weeks went by before we were able to schedule an appointment but they were able to work us in quickly. The day of the installation the installers arrived on time and worked hard. They finished the job within a few hours and even went the extra mile to hook up some AV equipment that I had purchased elsewhere. They cleaned up after themselves, and given that the speakers they installed are practically invisible, it's almost like they weren't there at all (until I crank the volume on the receiver!)."
