From the screens to the chairs, to the new membership revenue strategies, it is obvious that the company is struggling to compete with the local competition from Cinemark and The Warren. Most recent IMAX experience many of the concession soda machines had not been maintained, seats were disappointing, and the screen size was lackluster for an IMAX experience."

"This is my go to movie theatre if I need reserved seats. It's kind of funny how the cheapest theatre tickets (digital) actually have the best seats. The Imax has the worst seats, with the Dolby surround sound tickets having average seats. My opinion is based on low back support and adjustability. I would say the Dolby tickets are worth it if the movie has a lot of special effects, as it also has a clearer picture. You might also look into the middle stubs membership to wave ticket fees if you go frequently."

"The experience itself was not bad as far as viewing the movie. The gentleman at the concession stand look like he hated his job and somehow it was my fault. My chair did not recline you seem to be broken, have I had better experience here absolutely was this my worst not even close."

"Your website is terrible I clicked on it in order to see what is available at this location the next screen ask me to do the same please enter the address of my location so I do that and the next screen again. That's at least three times I have to select your address and your location just to see the showtimes... maybe, I don't know, I didn't enter the address a third time. I did loop back and try it again to make sure I didn't do anything wrong. No I found your site from Google Maps so in order to get your address without losing my progress I had to open up Google and get your address without using Maps. In flip flop back and forth to type it in. I'm not going to jump through 40 Hoops to find out when you're playing a movie plenty of your other theaters and other movie companies are just one click away and don't require me to type in their address three times."
