Although I was obviously not the usual customer, the staff greeted me and found me just the right component needed. This demonstrated to me that they are eager and willing to help every customer, they know their products and will think outside the box to find the perfect application to meet the customers needs. All of that is in itself great for any customer. But I also engaged them in a discussion about an electrical problem that just popped up in my shop. They laid out the likely cause of the issue, and how to get the problem fixed. In this case there was nothing in it for the Company, but they nonetheless lent me their knowledge and expertise, to give me a roadmap to fixing the problem. This was an outstanding shopping experience."
