Prior review below. image I was very disappointed to learn that the information Brenda the owner gave to me was completely wrong. If I had listened to her, I would have been audited. The staff is rude and to be a tax firm, I am surprised they have any business. This office will cause someone trouble with the IRS. To be blunt... They do not respect your input and talk down to you like you are the stupid one! Don't waste your time on these gals - they certainly don't have your best interest in mind. I can't remember the name of the other girl (Sandy?) but she was downright hateful! I would not recommend this business to anyone. I am sharing this hoping it will save someone from the frustrations that I experienced."

"I paid for them for most of the year 2021 and was told all year long that they would send me envelopes to send my receipts in. Never received one envelope all year. Told them I would give them the rest of the money when they sent envelopes. Never got it. My taxes for 2021 never got filled. Called today and tried to get my 10-9 and there telling me I still owe money for a service I never received."

"Well I stopped using them when Ruby left. Ruby was the only reason I went to thresher/ long haul accounting. Brenda told me she would pay all money back to me since I canceled service and they still charged me. Brenda all said she’d send me my quick books file to give my new accountant. Called today January 23 2023. Spoke to Brenda directly, and she told me she would not send me my quick books file. I will be filing complaints and speaking to a lawyer. I’m sure this post will be taken down but at least thresher will have to pay to remove it."

Not only does she help me with my yearly taxes and business organization, But they take care of my monthly tracking as well. She is always current and up-to-date on the yearly changes that always seem to affect my business!"
