"Met with this company to handle our small business taxes and for accounting services. They were extremely nice and gave us a recommendation on how to handle our filing. We made a follow up appt with them only to find out they went ahead and dissolved our company structure and converted to something else without our written consent! Talked to the Secretary of State who made it clear that this was not reversible! Beyond dissatisfied. Nothing was fully explained and for them to dissolve our company without full explanation or our consent to do so is just so unprofessional."

"I went to this accountant for several years before they passed me onto another accountant in the office. When my new accountant broke off on her own I followed her since she had taken such great care of me and my business for several years. After I didn’t return to spectrum I got a bill in the mail for $180 for “quarterly reports due to non-receipt of 2018 annual taxes” but I don’t file quarterly reports because I have not yet taken a salary with my business. It felt like they were just trying to get money out of me because I took my business elsewhere. I called the office and advised them I would not be paying this bill because I paid them for my services provided the year before and I did not have a contract with them to return the following year and they did not file any quarterly reports for me."

"Warren and his team have been doing our taxes and providing financial services for us personally and for our business for several years now. I can't recommend them enough. Amy and Wendy are especially fantastic and whenever I have a question (all the time) they are quick to respond and efficient in their answers. I am so pleased with all of them and the services they provide. A few years ago we did have a "not-so-good" junior accountant working on our taxes. We spoke with Warren regarding our concerns and he assigned someone else to our account with no fuss and no hassle."

"Very dissatisfied and definitely will not use this business again. My taxes were not done when I was told they would be completed. I had to review the return myself and found some major errors. Taxes were filed late. The accountant told me he got an extension, but later the IRS contacted me and said I owed a late fee. The IRS said they had no record of an extension. When i asked the accountant to fix it, he wrote a letter to the IRS as if it was from me and FORGED my signature. Very bad experience."
