"They moved locations, apart from that they only make taxes by appointment and then the employees do not arrive at the appointment. What do they say if they are not going to be there? Very bad it looks"

"We have been using this service for years. I am trying to do our taxes myself this year and I have realized this service is doing a lot of illegal things on the taxes. Until this year, I have been completely uneducated on taxes. Though my husband and I lived together previous years, we only got married in 2017, which means that the last few years of "married, filing jointly" was illegal. In addition, the service put two of my husband's relatives (a nephew and a niece) as his children (son and daughter). They also failed completely to filing a 1040NR form with our taxes, which I only discovered we needed when I attempted to do them online myself."

"This place completely messed up my husbands taxes from 2014 and we didnt find out until this year that his taxes were never even processed because they were done incorrectly. When we went back to this business to try to get a refund for the $300 we paid them to do our taxes they would not refund us and didnt even offer to help us fix the taxes that they messed up in the first place!! Now we are stuck with the penalties and fees from the OTC for my husbands taxes being filed 3 years late and we are having to have someone else fix them. The guy at the front (the secretary) was extremely rude and basically acted like he didnt care one bit that our taxes were messed up and he didnt believe us and he was going to call the OTC himself, even though we showed him the letters from the Tax commission saying we had deliquent taxes from 2014. To say the least, they have horrible business practices and we are in the process of filing a complaint with the CPA board."

"Everybody gripes about taxes, but taxes are what keep this country, the state, and this city going. Without taxes, there would be complete Anarchy. That's why I never complain about taxes or about having to get them done. You need to find a good tax accountant you can trust, and pay up with a smile."
