Village At Brookside

"This is my first experience living in an apartment. I've been at the Village at Brookside for 4 months. The unit was very clean and move-in ready. Management, Ricky, makes me feel right at home! He is attentive to our needs. When I needed the washer worked on, a peep hole in the door, additional Handicapped parking, Ricky was on it! This is what a good manager does! He walks the grounds making sure everything is in place. One day I will buy a house. But until then, I'm pleased to be at The Villiage at Brookside!"

"My family and I moved here in July and we love it. We have good parking, we are near every store and restaurant that we enjoy and it's quite. The office manager Ricky is the best. He takes care of any and all issues that we've ever had in a timely and professional manner. We moved here for more space and my family is very happy. "I'm about to sign my fourth lease here & absolutely love it. It's within walking distance of three grocery stores, two banks, a hardware store, drug stores and a handful of restaurants. It's within 2.5 mi of an upscale shopping center and a few blocks away from the shops of Brookside. Maintenance is done promptly & professionally. It's kept clean and managed well."

"It's been almost two years living the village at the brookside and I absolutely love living here. Especially since Ricky took over the manager position! If you have any problems, contact maintenance and they will fix it right away. Whenever maintenance is required on the apartment complex even for the small fix, we are contacted and we are always aware of what is happening. I believe that even small communications like these are important in building trust so I am grateful. My neighbors are so sweet and I always enjoy talking to them. And also I never had noise problem. This is just my personal opinion, but since my first language is not English, sometimes I had hard time talking to apartment manager. BUT Ricky tries his best to make me feel welcomed and safe. I personally recommend living here!!"

"I lived here for a full year and it was truly great. The area is quiet and secure. I had very minimal issues in my apartment. Ricky does a great job of addressing things head on. It's also a dog lovers haven with friendly people all around. Not to mention the location generally invites so much more to experience with it being on Brookside. It worked perfectly for me and the only reason I am moving is because I bought a house."
