"I was pleasently surprised at how nicely manicured that the lawn was, beautifully kept, no trash laying around etc. I noticed new storm doors and new windows and they were updating their heat & air with brand new units. Maintenance was so nice,.he gave us enough information to know that it is definitely a place that my girlfriend will fill out a rental application for. I think that she would be very happy and safe, living there."
