Vintage on Route 66 Apartments Tulsa OK

"The laundry room is broke it's on my lease as provided but they shut it down overnight and we haven't had one nothing taken off our rent of course and all will have a new one this spring I think it is spring or am I wrong. Not a healthy place to live black mold coming out of the air conditioning vents I've totally had enough I'm moving out"

"I’ve never been more disappointed or disrespected in my life. If I could put no stars I would. Apartments wouldn’t be so bad but the management is horrible. Rent was paid off for months and they never fixed any of our maintenance requests. Standing water in my sink for months. All the apartments are hot because the air conditioners don’t work and they do not allow window units. The washers don’t clean and have no hot water and the dryers don’t work at all. They just spin and blow cold air. I had a small load take 7 hours to dry and that is ridiculous. Something breaks when they finally try to fix it they replace metal parts with cheap plastic that breaks in a matter of days. I finally decided enough was enough and since my lease was almost over and my rent was paid off to move and they decide I’m not allowed to leave. They refused to give my new apartment my rental history resulting in me having to pay 2000$ deposit just because of them. They never answer the phone and lie straight to your face. I highly recommend that you don’t fall for the cheap move in offer. And vintage don’t comment saying call the office like you do to everyone else. You know all of this is true and I have nothing to say to you. Only trying to warn people of the horrible apartments you force people to stay in."

"Oh how things have changed since summer hit... we have had no air conditioning since the first of June, every time I say something I told thy have worked on it... it still don't work.. we have a portable ac unit in the apartment room to keep it under 80 in the middle of the night. So tired of seizures because I get too hot. We came home last Sunday night and our apartment was flooded and we called the maintenance man and he came to say it has to dry. Which i understand but its been a week and noone has been to check it. I told the maintenance guy that we have water standing in our room and he came to look and said it was from the upstairs. The mold is overwhelming and I have a hard time breathing in my own apartment. They had rather paint the court yard instead of fixing the apartments. When I called to see if we could get another one they said there is no empty. When they are moving people in all the time.. the apartment next to us is empty and on the other side we have 2 empty. Something has to be done."

"Been staying at this place for over half a year now, and my rent is paid off. maintenance repairs are never fixed even a month after being told they would be.. Good apartments but some things need to change."

"I’ve lived here since October and all the stuff that was put on a to do list to get fixed when we first moved in still hasn’t gotten fixed, I’ve had no hot water for 7 days now, and every time I call the office no one wants to answer the phone. Oh and the security guy? What’s he actually do? I haven’t seen him do anything since I’ve moved in."
