"DONT RENT UNLESS ITS YOUR ONLY OPTION. JUST BECAUSE THERE IS NEW MANAGEMENT DOESN'T MEAN ANYTHING THEY GIVE YOU RUN AROUNDS! I ASKED FOR A LEASE FOR MY SSI AND THE NEW MANGER SAID THAT SSI WILL JUST HAVE TO WAIT. SO ONCE AGAIN THE OFFICE MAKES IT LOOK LIKE THEY CARE ABOUT WHATS HAPPENING BUT THE HONEST TRUTH ABOUT THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. PROPERTY MANGER SPOKE TO ME WITH FUSTRATION AND SHE WAS RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL I have been here for about 4 1/2 years and still nothing has changed in office or maintenance. Every time I turn in a maintenance request in office or portal I keep being told there's nothing or we have to look at our system. Management talks to you like your dumb and uneducated, no respect and can be very rude to tenants..my home needs so many repairs its ridiculous and frustrating. I just went in there today to pay rent and was told I owed them a total of $20 because I was short ,I was upset to hear this yet again. I told the new property manager that the assistant manager Malina is the one that said I was over paying and they owed money for 2 month's, but I was told I owed. Then I was also told that they are not renewing any lease until they transition which could take months from now not to mention I asked since last year in November to renew and when I went to sign the lease there was a new manager again. This place is horrible to there tenants. I wouldn't recommend anyone hear at all !"

"I've only lived here for a month and several things have already broke, which wouldn't be so bad if they actually came and fixed them. My ac has been out for a month and they haven't fixed it yet. They never answer when I call the office."

"I love the multiple playgrounds that my kids can play at. The ladies in the office are very friendly and informative. I appreciate that they care about us residence. Never had to wait over 24 hours for any maintenance to be done to my apartment. Big or Little! Highly professional all around. No bad words to say about this apartment complex. Will highly recommend!"
