"Worst apartments ever landlords are horrible. Maintenance is the worst. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone. Do your self a favor. Save your money. Go else were. And they do not refund part of your pet deposit like they said they would. It cost me $300, said 150.00 would be given back if their were not any messes. Which the carpet was horrible and nasty when I moved in then they wanted to say my dog did the messes when it was like that before. Also meth heads live in almost every complex, drunks, loud music every night. It took them two months to come fix my dish washer! Then wanted to charge me for it being broken when it never work to begin with! Ppl leave trash everywhere, & they make you pick up your dog's pop when it dissolves anyways. I could go on but I think you get it now!! Lincoln villas by far are the best apartments with lots of ammedities!!!!"

"So much has changed. Had just got back in town landlord decided to have my U Haul truck towed my car and my own personal truck because she said I was parked in the wrong place this is terrible . You can't find a parking place at night time , trash out around here 2. When my lease is up I will be moving ."

"DO NOT CHOOSE KNOLLWOOD APARTMENTS. My apartment (1024 #C) was an apartment from hell and the landlord (Miguel) deserves the slumlord of the year award. For starters the whole building has its own VILLAGE of mice living in it. I killed over 10 mice AND my apartment was second story so just imagine ground level. Roaches were so bad that i wouldnt use most of the cabinets in the kitchen and caused me and my children allergy problems the whole year I lived there. They give you dark brown carpet so you cant see the roaches or the BROWN RECLUSE spiders. It was so poorly insulated that during the winter my bedroom window would freeze and frost on the inside. My oven was broke for over 6months and was NEVER repaired. My garbage disposal broke a month after I moved there and eventually clogged 1 side of the sink. A year and 2months later its still broke. My ac broke in October 2013 and we had to nag and nag and not pay for him to fork over a small 5000 btu window unit in April 2014 to cool your entire 900sq ft apartment, which barely cooled 1 room. I couldnt use 2 electrical outlets, first time I used it it almost caught fire. The light in the kitchen would burn out every time you put a bulb in it. My bathroom door nob broke in Jan 2014 and they couldnt even manage to replace that. The maintenance men are NOT licensed, just hired family members. And besides other tenants experiencing my same problems Ive also learned from other tenants that other units also had bed bug problems. God works in mysterious ways, he got us out of there and he will keep you out of there by reading this!"
