"This location under new management is doing things more better than the last property management. One thing tenants need to understand is they are human beings just like us not God. In other words they make mistakes like us. We are not perfect but God is. God is perfect. This apartment location I do recommend because they are building up the location from were the last property management had not done so great a job. If you are looking for a place to stay or live. Once again I recommend this location because they are professional, on time with work orders, are kind and courteous."

"I don't even live here but had to come write a review because what I have heard about this place is unbelievable. After giving notice that the parking lot would be redone on a certain day, they then CHANGED the date (negating all prior notice). But the day before the parking lot was worked on, they decided that then would be a great time to alert tenants that the date was changed back... they have tenants LESS THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE that their cars needed to be moved. Then, instead of knocking on people's doors asking them to move their cars (multiple tenants were home and could have moved their cars), they towed multiple tenant's cars. My brother was on a work trip and getting charged by the day for every day his 2 cars were in possession of the tow company. This parking lot was an otherwise authorized spot to park. I have NEVER heard of any apartment complex treating tenants like this. I called the Tulsa County Sheriff and he was also in shock that the apartment manager would be so unfair to the tenants. The property manager, Sherry, has NO interest in remedying the situation and I would never rent an apartment here or recommend it to anyone."

"Would give negative stars if I could. Fix your priorities Boulder Ridge. You can pave the parking lot but can never come and spray for the roaches and mice that are infested in all the apartments. ( I know it's all of them because you left the same papers by everyone's doors) We have gotten bed bugs from the neighbors more than once. You add fees for stuff that isn't our fault. The people who work at the front desk have always given an attitude and dont know what their talking about half the time."

"Johnathon does an awesome job keeping the grounds picked up and looking nice, keeping the pool and pond cleaned all year round, and makes sure the pool is up and running and very clean during summer. The office staff is good at assisting with any issues. Robert responds fast to any maintenance requests and does a great job at fixing the issue."

"The apartment I was rented needs a major overhaul. Cabinets are out of date and disgusting. They are chipped and have rough finishes inside and out. Shower did not work so was unable to use for 24 hours. The front door is not safe at all. A small dog could bust it open. The laundry facility is dirty with trash all over and the door to get in it is broken. Dumpsters are overflowing and dog poop in grass areas. Unsafe area. Parking is a nightmare. Cars with flat tires and busted fenders all over. It’s like a junkyard. You can never park in front of your own building. Trash all over parking lots. My first day here and the mailboxes were broken into to. Really disappointing."
