"Had a pretty bad experience, not gonna lie. Been here for not long at all, but already met a few people who dislike it a lot as well. There was a time pest control came like three or four weeks consecutively, and we had to empty our cabinets often. One time they showed up without any notice. During winter, the sink overflew and flooded the kitchen. I had to soak up all the water into a few buckets and go outside in the below freezing weather to dump it. The laundromat is an absolute mess. During the first two months of staying, three washers failed on me, and the dryers didn't dry the clothes all the way at all. More than a few times were the clothes soaked bc of the malfunctioning machines and we had to put them in the dryer and wait until night just for them to not be wet still. Went recently and it was flooded plus there was a strong nasty sewage smell that made me gag and run for the hills aka a different place to do laundry. Neighbors are okay, though a lot of them do like to go around the complex blaring music and screaming kids like to knock on our sliding door to try to get the pets' attention. Which is fine, but the service in this place really does blow."

"I have enjoyed staying here for my time but it is surely coming to an end. I will say overall I had no problems and the employees were super sweet besides minor normal upkeep but the main problem was I feel they don’t take noise complaints seriously at all. I have had loud upstairs neighbors for about three years now and have done my part as far as calling in and nothing had been done about it. I have had to deal with this almost weekly and though I feel like calling every night is excessive so I try to space out the calls but it is very frustrating when you you work 12 hour shifts then come home to people purposely being loud. I quickly realized my only option for sanity was to find a new home although I enjoyed the area."

"This used to be a kept up apartment complex. I used to deliver to these apartments between 1996-1998. They where new, nice, and kept up. 26 years later, my grandson, his wife, and son have lived here for 2 years. They have raised the rent on them 3 times and they don't keep the maintenance up on the outside of building. They are bad about repairing issues on the inside too. The money they are making off everyone's rent, they should be able to keep this place up and looking new instead of run down."

"Would leave 0 stars if I could. I moved out last month. Barbra is great, hate she works for a sinking ship. They have an awful roach infestation that they wouldn’t do anything about. You will see 4-5 roaches everyday of living here. I developed anxiety from living here. Worst experience of my life. Walls are extremely thin so you can hear people coughing in their apartment. Appliances are a joke, the stove smokes and sets off the smoke detector anytime you cook. Stairs are rotted and everything is broken in its own way. Parking is a joke because there are 3-4 cars per apartment. NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY"
