"Worst complex ever, I would give zero stars if possible. My daughter moved to this complex while 6 months pregnant. From day one, it was a fight with the office to get any action on maintenance or repair issues. My daughter was made to feel “guilty” for even requesting repairs prior to the baby’s arrival. This complex is so run down that the repair list was long and many of the items were never addressed while she lived there. The office manager is never there and it seems to be a revolving door for maintenance men. The worst issue came in October 2023 when my daughter’s first floor apartment was flooded from a water leak in the apartment above. The maintenance crew broke a water line and did not know how to shut off the water so it flooded the apartments for nearly 2 hours. The water was ankle deep in the kitchen at one point. Management took no responsibility for this leak and could only say “accidents happen”. My daughter and 2 month old baby were simply left to fend for themselves. The apartment manager was the worst to deal with. In my 40 years in the business world, I have never run across a more defensive, rude, condescending, childlike individual. First Choice Management should be appalled that this person is the face of their company. In short, I would advise seeking other rental opportunities as there are better places out there. It’s a shame this complex is so mismanaged and poorly maintained as the complex itself has a lot of character."

"My heater is not working after just putting it on and my hot water is not running properly.so I went to the office they said they would send someone out right away and I have yet to see someone .it is after hours so I called the emergency number and I still haven’t heard from anyone . I thought Albuquerque was better than this"

"The apartment manager treated my family terribly. She was completely rude and called us liars saying she spoke to us when she never did. My family tried calling to clear the air because we really liked the apartment and she would not answer calls and her emails were very unprofessional. She called my family untrustworthy and would not let us provide receipts that we did not take her calls and said what is done is done. My father said he truly never experienced anything like that before and felt humiliated and was treated like trash. These apartments might look fancy ok the outside but they are rotten on the inside. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!!"

"Great communication and kindness shown to me during my visit. Aaron took his time and answered my questions and showed me around a potential space. These upscale apartments are amazing in every way, and I was impressed with the brand-new appliances, including a washer and dryer. Oh and each tenant gets their own covered parking spot assigned to them!"
