"I've lived here for 3 years now and I must say the new owners are doing a great job! I've been getting newsletters and notifications letting us know of upcoming events such as pest spray, mailbox changes, trash, etc. The ladies in the office, especially Melissa, are doing a great job! I'm grateful for the extended office hours for those of us who get off at 5:00. Things are gradually moving upwards since we have new management who cares about their property and their tenants. Keep up the good work!"

"Was looking at moving to the area and a few friends recommended looking into this complex. They did not steer me wrong. From the first call to the initial tour was a very pleasant experience. The staff answered all my question during my phone conversation and when I arrived to tour the complex they were even better. They took the time to show me all the amenities that they had to offer and all of the upgrades coming in the near future. The complex is nice and accessible and the parking is ample. I felt like they actually cared about the residents and not just trying to “sell” me something. 10 of our 10 I recommend. Bonus points that when I needed to ask some pretty important questions the Manager Melissa made a point to call me back personally and help me feel at ease."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! All the reviews are correct! If I can give it zero stars, I would! They tried to switch my unit without telling me. On the move in date, I requested to see the apartment before signing the lease and just to find out the apartment wasn’t even ready!! HAIR EVERYWHERE, dirty/dusty laundry, nasty oven, etc!! Management suck. They knew I was coming to pick up the keys to look at the apartment and they purposely did not show up and made the maintenance guy to unlock the apartment. Unprofessional!! THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!"

"My 72 year old father moved here because he is on a fixed income and the price was right. His washer and dryer didn’t work when he moved in and they still have not replaced it. He’s now been without one for 3 months. His apartment was filthy when he moved in. He has a large gap in his front door allowing cold air to blow in. He can’t see out his windows all things the management said would be taken care of. The office staff seems to forget his requests every time he checks in on the status of the repairs. So bad! He’s a vet and a senior. DO BETTER FOR YOUR PAYING RESIDENTS!!!!"

"Came here last week for a tour, as my current lease is ending soon and I wanted to get a feel for some of the apartments in the area before I pick one. I have a few friends that live here and always have wonderful things to say so it had to be on my list of potential places to rent. The male property manager showed me around their property and showing unit. He answered all of my questions and was absolutely wonderful the whole time. I will definitely be applying here once my lease is up."
