"My family and i have been out of town because of my husbands job (over a month) and on the weekends we come home to this. Dirty apartments. I feel bad for the next person renting 6216 Apt 1. Mostly every month through out my lease they had to come spray….These apartments are infested!!!!"

Sydney and Tisha in the office keep us so informed of everything going on around the grounds, keep our facilities clean and well maintained and offer fantastic customer service. The maintenance team lead by Bodi, have been phenomenal. Himself and Steve have helped us many times and always impresses us with his professionalism and his kindness to us and our pets is greatly appreciated. We feel so happy, safe, and comfortable in this complex and recommend these lovely folks to all of Tulsa!!! THANK YOU"

"My family and I are residents who has lived here at echo trails for 7 years and must say it’s been great living here. The location is convenient for access to some of the best schools and local businesses in the Tulsa area The property itself is consistently maintained making it eye appealing to the community. Renovations and upgrades are constantly being made to accommodate the residents in regards to their units. The amenities such as the dog park, the pool area ,playground fitness center, and grilling area are amazing!!! More importantly I love the staff for their commitment , courteousness towards me and my family and would like to personally thank Tisha and Sydney property manager and assistant property manager , Bodie and the rest of the maintenance staff without you this amazing experience would not be possible!!! "My experience here at Echo Trail has been nothing but a nightmare. I’m writing this as a true tenant that has lived here almost 4 yrs and not based off a false review. I have had continuous floods and mold issues. Appliances breaking left and right and maintenance does a very poor job trying to cover up. There is a continuous roach problem regardless if you keep your home clean. It has caused my children and I several health issues from the stated above. They have treated me awful and have been rude and have made many excuses. My rent has been paid every month on time. I have not been a bad tenant. I have demanded that they maintain the apartment but have never been ugly towards them. The price of the units is not up to standards in what they promise. The pool is rarely open and usually closed. My list could go on. I am looking forward to moving out and handing this issue over to an attorney. I honestly stayed so long because I was going through a divorce and Covid annd just could not afford too. I was promised by them to be moved into a new apartment that has been no better and was completely taken advantage of."

I was not informed that I would have several people on my roof before 8:30 in the morning causing such a commotion that the products in my shower fell into the bathtub(that is still not functional to bathe in), all while my 1 year old daughter is trying (not very successful id like to point out )to sleep.."
