"Management sucks. Our apartment burned down with everything we owned in it an they were tryna keep us in the lease when we wanted out. Terrible place. I DO NOT RECOMMEND"
"The staff that work here are very kind, considerate, and do their best to try and help in any way they can. They were able to solve a few issues that I had with my apartment in a timely manner. Shoutout specifically to Mae for being amazing, but Fi, Danahe, and the whole maintenance team Chris, Alex, and Jesus deserve praise as well. Thank you to the staff at Crossings at Silver Oak, you made my transition moving to Oklahoma a smooth one."
"Tl;dr: If your unit burns down and it isn't your fault management will lie to you, leave you homeless, not help in any way, or offer any information. Solutions are eventual and decent. Apartment building burned down around 9pm on Tuesday, March 12th. We (the resisidents) were told we would get a phone call from the managers by 5pm on Thursday, March 14th, at the LATEST. When that did not happen they refused to even answer phone calls on March 15th, leaving residents without information, support, or options from management. It was not until 2:30pm on March 18 that they sent out a TEXT (we were promised a call) to schedule a meeting with them to discuss options. We met with the property manager and had a five minute discussion where the manager basically said "you can cancel the lease contract or move to another unit where your prices will be met in the middle" (the prices we were paying and the prices of the new unit will be averaged and that is what our new 12-month lease will be under). All things considered, not an unfair offer but the timing and brevity of such a meeting were frustrating. That could have been a phone call or text but they wasted our time by making us show up to the office for that. Prior to the fire they weren't great or bad, a "You get what you pay for" kind of situation. But just know they're useless when it matters (such as an emergency). "My apartment is supposed to be “renovated.” But it has actually become a health hazard with some sort of black mold on the ceiling. Evidence of flooding year after year they could not cover up. Two winters in a row pipes have burst and caused flooding. The actual ceiling above my shower came down. This year, got the gift of a hole in the wall in the closet that they have not come to fix. And, let’s not forget the cockroach cafe that is my kitchen. I am super clean and they’ve never left. Basically I am paying for the location and the park behind me. Maintenance used to be so good when Monica worked here and now I definitely feel overlooked. I had to pay to clean my carpet after a terrible flood in my room. You’re welcome, whoever management is now because it’s likely to be different next week. Also, they put out threats about what’s on our patios when all these things are wrong? Just plain wrong."
"Worst Apt I’ve ever been too , we just moved from CA And the Apt was full of death roaches and alive ones ,even coming out of the refrigerator , it was dirty and full of dust I immediately inform they only offer to clean the Apt and wait till Friday for pest control to fumigate.I requested to be move to a different unit but the girl that help me didn’t even bother to reply to my messages. I will definitely be leaving once my lease is over. I REGRET IT 100% MOVING MY KIDS IN HERE A month later , the roaches are still over the place and spider now those animals , I’m so over it. I had a roof leak a week ago and they haven’t even bother to send somebody and fix the problem . I will be reaching to corporate. Update 11/11/23 Roach infestation, I killed all those roaches just in the morning of 11/10 they are everywhere."
