"The maintenance sucks. My heat hasn't been working since I moved in the end of November. They are currently trying to charge me to transfer apartments. The heat blows but it won't get warm. It's just blowing air and not warming up the apartment. I've called plenty of times as well as went into the office to get the problem solved but no luck. The lady I talked to said she would come look at the apartment while I was at work. An hour later, no one ever showed up. Next step is to call the health department. I shouldn't be paying rent and can't even stay warm. It's ridiculous what I'm going through. I regret signing a lease with them. The apartment is nice but I would like to be warm every month if I'm paying $750!"
