"The worst apartment I’ve been in. They moved us in knowing there were roaches, trash can’t be more than 20lbs, that’s fine, but I know for a fact not all our trash was over 20lbs. If I could lift it so could they. Also, I was using chime for rent payments, but if it doesn’t go through within 5 days they threaten you with eviction . This place is not worth the $1,328 a month."
"The application process and getting moved in was good overall, there was a slight hiccup moving in, but it was resolved that night. The staff I've talked to are nice. They are great at communicating to the apartment community as a whole. And I really enjoy living here, minus the dog poop and a dog owner that lives in or near my building has allowed their pets off of the leash and have charged at my dog. But those things are not the staffs fault and the poop thing has been addressed. (I didn’t bring up the unleashed dogs because I keep forgetting and the incidents happen at night) The issue I have is that my washer broke nearly two weeks ago and I still don't have an ETA for when it will be fixed. It broke on Friday, and figured that it would be during the week that I would hear from them or they would come to my apartment but I called Saturday to make sure because I worked that night and I have a dog. The office staff confirmed that it would likely be Monday or Tuesday. Well Monday was a holiday and Tuesday we got snow and a pipe broke I believe, so I figured that they probably had their hands tied. I called on Thursday to get a status update because I hadn’t heard anything. Mind you, I’m not looking for a resolution at this point, just an ETA of when the maintenance team was going to be coming to look at it so that I can be ready. The person I spoke to said that they hadn’t noted the account at that point so she was going to talk to the maintenance supervisor and text me back. It is now Wednesday, almost two full weeks after submitting the ticket and I still have not heard anything about the ticket and didn’t get the text I was promised. I am a very understanding person, and know that things take time, but any kind of communication about when the process will start, or when they expect to have someone come out to fix it is the bare minimum. And if you say that you’ll text or call someone back, you should. So overall I love it, just not great with individual communication and I hope to get this resolved."
"Water being cut off constantly, no one picks up their dogs poop, neighbors have a little aggressive dog who constantly is sitting in the window barking, growling. Makes other dogs fearful to walk by. Loud upstairs neighbors who do not control their children, they run up and down the stairs screaming and hollering at all hours of the night to the point police got called and have been several times (not a good look)"
"Turnaround time for application to move in was very fast due to a promotion during the month of October. I appreciated the staff's frequent communication to help me get moved in. Office staff are attentive and very nice! Maintenance staff are equally friendly and turn around time is swift."
"In the beginning I loved the experience as soon as I toured this place, great staff. In times they could be hard to contact, but very helpful. There was a lot of construction but it moves fast and didn't bother me too much. The water was spiking from very cold to very hot, I feel like that's totally normal though. I felt very safe and loved the location. It is a good first home. Towards the ending my upstairs neighbors became a problem, I swear they did not have a good relationship. I thought about calling the cops many times, but I understood that this is the life you get with apartments. I'd still recommend this place for sure! Only big complaint is that while I was living here for a year, the mail boxes got broken into 3 or 4 times. I made sure to deliver my mail to my parents because so much of my very important stuff got stolen. Personally living in an apartment can be very annoying and difficult at times but for a first home experience it was good and not terrible."
