"My sister and I have lived at the Reserve for 2+ years and have absolutely loved our time here. Nichole is incredible and has been so helpful and kind with every interaction I've had. The maintenance crew fixes any request in a timely manner every time. We love the convenience of the local shops and restaurants in the area. We always feel safe and never have to worry about anything. This area is just the best. We wouldn't want to live anywhere else!"

"The staff in the office are the best in the business! Not to mention the guys in maintenance also, they get it done even in this heat! Always love going in and giving Mia a hard time, but she is a good sport and gives it right back! Makes the renting experience a great experience. Good job girls!!"

"The Reserve at Elm is a great place to call home! The landscaping is beautiful and the pool is always a great place to relax. The on-site gym makes it easy to stay active and healthy. The apartments themselves are spacious and well-maintened. The location is also great with easy access to shopping and dining. Nichole and Mia in the office made our move effortless and do a great job of keeping the community running smooth. I highly reccommend living here."

"I moved here 8 years ago when they opened, and for my 1-bedroom unit w/ fireplace, my rent has gone from $815 to $860 to $945 and now they’re charging about $1200 or $1300 for what I have, and they’ve made NO improvements. They DO NOT have trash valet, hardwood floors, walk-in showers, washer/dryer, or any of the niceties that other properties have that charge higher rent rates. I’ve had several problems with the manager here, Nicole. She’s very spiteful, so beware. For my last renewal, she refused to give me my usual 14 month lease, and FORCED me to sign a 6-month lease (at a huge increase of course). This manager loves to play games. I simply asked for some fresh, new carpet, and I’m not living here another 8 years with this old carpet. I’ve paid them an exorbitant amount of money, and I never ask for anything more than a lightbulb. I had to twist her arm to replace my burners and drip pans, and she gave me old, greasy ones. Honestly, you can get something much nicer for what they are charging now. I have never understood why these apartments don’t have proper insulation in the kitchen & closets, there was never enough hot water for a shower, or why the heating & air conditioner was so loud it sounded like a freight train. The windows aren’t double-sided and are poorly insulated and you can feel the cold air pour right through the sides of the windows. They never inspected my fireplace/chimney to make sure it was properly safe. They never did any pest control that I remember. And you want to raise the rent? No thank you! Luckily, I’ve already found a new place that has everything I need. :-) Must be why so many people are moving out! And NO Nicole, you have not been trying to reach me about my “frustrations” - your greed, sour attitude, the huge rent increases, and refusing me new carpet was the last straw. Enough. I’m sorry if you don’t like this review, Nicole. I’m NOT removing it."

"The apartments are spacious with a nice size kitchen. The maintenance staff is great and responds quickly. Office usually responds to any of my questions within 1 business day. The grounds are well kept. The area is quiet, yet near to so many essentials like two pharmacies, a grocery store, the expressway, urgent care, and other businesses. We live next to the dog park and were concerned about noise, but we rarely hear barking and it has never been loud or obsessive. We will likely stay here until we leave OK in a few years. Great place to live."
