"Everyone has been friendly and so helpful from the initial tour and through the move in and getting settled. They answer all questions quickly. Maintenance was quick to be contacted and responded quickly and well in making some initial repairs that I requested. My only concern has been that my apartment is upstairs, faces a very busy road, and shakes with heavy traffic. That's of course not an issue management can do a thing about and I'll get used to it. The complex is otherwise very quiet and I feel safe."
