"This property asked for a deposit from my 71 year old mother to hold a unit. This was in early January. She called each week to ask when the unit would be ready and if she was able to view the unit prior to move in. The person assisting was Alvinette (manager). She advised my mother that the first move in date was January 14th for sure. After the application and background check, they wanted net sales for my mother's home. We advised that this is public information and did not want to divulge the income portion; but they are welcomed to check the assessor's site and see whom the new owner of the property is at the moment. They sent a text advising the apartment will be ready on the 28th of January. We called the property back on the 28th and they stated it was still not ready and it should be ready by 3pm that evening. At this point, it all seemed strange. My mother saved the texts from the property. She asked them to simply return the deposit, as this keeps getting pushed back further and further and my mother needed to move quickly. The property would not disclose the property management and would not return the deposit. We have since learned that Abbey Road Apartments LLC is the property owner (Doug Baggett). It is deplorable that they would scam a 71 year old woman, on a fixed income, who made every effort to simply move into their apartment."

"No help. Infested with roaches. Then I moved in and my apartment was suppose to be "move in ready". I found illegal substance in my kitchen, bathroom still stocked with supplies from the former tenant and mold. If you need help with anything the ( suppose to be ) manager gets an attitude and threatens you. This is NOT a good enviroment to be in."
